Key Terms Used in This Agreement

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply wherever they appear:

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with or using the koww platform in any capacity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with koww. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or games, constitute the entire agreement between you and koww regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the platform and may not register an account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the koww platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. koww strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, legal entity or syndicate.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or agent of koww, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have only one registered account on the koww platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion mechanism, whether via koww's own tools or any other programme.

koww reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, koww may suspend or close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of koww services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You must provide your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and accurate date of birth. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify koww immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before your first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued ID, such as a National ID Card (NID).

koww reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting additional documentation to verify identity, address or source of funds.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on koww are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal operations:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select Bangladeshi bank transfers. koww does not accept cash deposits.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to the same account and that is registered in the account holder's own name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be held pending until verification is finalised.
• koww processes withdrawal requests within the timescales stated on the Withdrawal page at the time of request. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Funds deposited by a third party — including a family member or friend depositing on behalf of the account holder — will be refused and returned to the originating payment method.

koww reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other financial crime. Such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

koww offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated in the specific promotion terms and must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds are played first and real-money funds remain available at their deposited value until the bonus balance is exhausted.
• koww reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where operational or regulatory requirements demand it.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder for whom they were issued. Transferring, selling or sharing bonus credits is strictly prohibited.
• Where koww has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system (including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage or exploiting software errors), koww may void the bonus and any associated winnings and suspend the account.

Section 6

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the koww platform and constitutes a material breach of these terms. koww reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void any winnings derived from such conduct:

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script or automated system to interact with the platform in a way not permitted by these terms.
• Exploiting any software error, bug or glitch in the platform. Any winnings derived from a software error must be returned and are not payable.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino or poker formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud or use of funds derived from criminal activity on the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing koww staff or other platform users through any communication channel including live chat or email.

koww cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Any account suspected of involvement in criminal activity will be frozen and all relevant information provided to the appropriate authorities.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

koww is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. As part of this commitment, the following tools and policies are maintained:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings. Requests to increase a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out period, the player may not access their account or place any bets.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed.
• Reality checks: Session time reminders are available in account settings and can be configured to alert the player at regular intervals during a gaming session.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the koww platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces and software — is the property of koww or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of koww.

The koww name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of koww. Unauthorised use of any koww trademark in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with koww is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koww shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if koww has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

koww does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. koww accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, technical failure, or any event outside koww's reasonable control, including internet outages affecting players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet or any other region of Bangladesh.

Section 10

Privacy and Data Protection

koww collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. koww uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores personal data on secure servers. koww does not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to process your transactions, comply with legal obligations or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 11

Account Suspension and Termination

koww reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false, misleading or incomplete information during the registration or verification process.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering or any other activity that is illegal under applicable law or harmful to the integrity of the platform.
• At the account holder's own request, including requests made through the self-exclusion process described in Section 7.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud or breach investigation is pending.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

koww reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, koww will notify registered players by email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
