koww will not charge a fee for exercising any of the above rights unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply. We will always verify your identity before processing a data rights request.

Section 10

Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The koww platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. koww does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. If during our KYC process or otherwise we discover that a registered player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, void any associated bets or winnings, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts paid out.

Section 11

Third-Party Services and Links

The koww platform integrates with third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and Ezugi to deliver casino games and live dealer experiences. When you play a game delivered by a third-party provider, that provider may collect limited technical session data directly.
